HOW OFTEN WILL COFFEE BE DELIVERED?
You say when! We offer subscriptions that arrive every 1, 2, or 3 months. Our custom subscriptions allow you to choose quantity as well as frequency. If you are wondering how much to order, check out our subscription calculator.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is based on USPS calculated rates based on your location. 

CAN I ADJUST MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION ONCE I SET IT?
Absolutely. Whether you choose a one month coffee subscription and want to adjust the frequency to two or three months, are considering trying a different roast, want to switch to whole coffee beans, or need to edit your card on file, simply log into your account at shop.missionofhope.com/account/login.

  1. Login using your email & password
  2. On the right side click - Manage Subscriptions
  3. Here you can edit, add, pause, cancel, update your credit card and more for your subscription.
  4. If you’d like a little extra guidance doing so, our customer service team can help Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST at 512-256-0835 or email us at coffee@missionofhope.com.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CARD ON FILE?
You can change your card on file by logging into your account. 

  1. Login using your email & password
  2. On the right side click - Manage Subscriptions
  3. Scroll to the bottom & click "card on file"
  4. If you’d like a little extra guidance doing so, our customer service team can help Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST at 512-256-0835 or email us at coffee@missionofhope.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
While we are sad to see you go, simply log into your account at shop.missionofhope.com/account/login Once logged in, go to Manage Subscription.

DOES THIS COFFEE REALLY FEED KIDS IN HAITI?
100% yes! Mission of Hope is currently feeding over 100,000 kids a day through a network of schools, orphanages, and churches in Haiti.
